Only users who create and send tasks need a task license. Recipients can always respond to and resolve tasks.
Statuses that provide an overview
By default, tasks work with four statuses:
Pending resolution
Resolved
Approved
Rejected
Status names can easily be customized to match your terminology – for example, in English or with company-specific terms.
