Only users who create and send tasks need a task license. Recipients can always respond and resolve tasks.
Status that provides oversight
By default, tasks operate with four statuses:
Awaiting resolution
Resolved
Approved
Rejected
Status names can easily be customized to match your terminology – e.g. in English or with company-specific concepts.
