As an Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales to new customers. Your primary focus will be to drive sales through the compelling story of how Inspectly can support the customer in their work with quality.   

  

Inspectly is a SaaS product that supports companies in the construction and engineering industry in their work with quality and quality management of the work done. It may sound dry if one does not have experience with it, but the challenges are significant in our customers' world. 

  

The sale of Inspectly happens at many different levels, and you will therefore experience that in your sales dialogues, you can talk to both C-level executives, project managers, office staff, and professionals. You must be able to balance your sales dialogues and utilize your sales qualities to close the sale, regardless of which profile you are in dialogue with.

To become a successful and value-adding advisor at Inspectly, it is crucial that you are driven by the understanding of our customers' business and, based on that, bring the relevant solutions to the table.  


It is therefore important that you are attentive and curious about understanding the customer's work processes, and that you are motivated by challenging an industry that does not always have an acknowledged need. Your focus in communication is therefore on quality rather than quantity.   


You may have experience from the construction industry, have a relevant education, or a passion for driving sales results.  Sales experience is an advantage, but not a necessity, as we have a well-defined and tested sales process that you will be thoroughly trained in. 


 More concretely, we expect that: 

  • You are motivated by the need to work to close the right sales and are aware that sales is a craft. 

  • You acknowledge that sales does not have a definitive answer but are driven by continuous self-development that results in increased efficiency over time.  

  • You are independent and think proactively in your work.  

  • You know that collaboration is the key to success.  

  • It is an advantage if it comes naturally to you to speak and write English at a high level. If you have knowledge of other languages, that is only a plus.   

  • It is an advantage if you have experience with decision-making processes in larger companies, and you know how to leverage this to your advantage.
