Are you an experienced frontend developer who loves to build strong solutions – and at the same time is eager to take responsibility and help set the technical direction?
At Inspectly, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who will take on the professional responsibility for our frontend web development. You will be the technical go-to person in the team without having personnel responsibility – and therefore, you will be an active part of the development, architecture, and decisions that shape our product.
Our frontend is built in VueJS with a backend in .NET MVC. We work component-driven with Storybook and prioritize quality through Playwright test automation. You will be a key player in a team with both junior and mid-level developers, where collaboration and teamwork are a natural part of everyday life.
We also see many opportunities in working with AI, and it is expected that you keep yourself updated within the technology and are able to use it in everyday life.
To be successful in a Senior position at Inspectly, it is essential that you are able not only to get to know the product but also to understand the customer and their pains/gains. We believe that only in this way will you be able to make the right decisions regarding how the technique should be built. Your ability to teach others and act as a mentor and professional sparring partner should come naturally to you and be something you prioritize in your daily life.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be a cornerstone in our web team where you can expect to take on the responsibility of solving many diverse development tasks - both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues.
We also envision that you:
can take full ownership of projects and ensure that they are completed - both technically and in collaboration with others in the team
are accustomed to working with estimation and reporting on ongoing progress
work systematically with testing and quality - and can set up and maintain automated tests in our Playwright environment
share your experience and support the development of our juniors and interns through mentoring and feedback
are able to lead technical discussions and are decisive to ensure progress
take responsibility for both the architecture and the component-based design system in the team
You are driven by professionalism, quality, and collaboration – and you thrive best when you are surrounded by skilled people who lift each other up. You don't need everything handed to you, but you take initiative, ask questions, and seek knowledge when there is something you need to move forward.
You have a natural respect for your colleagues and contribute to an environment where we can give and receive feedback, be honest about mistakes, and learn from each other. You know that greatness does not lie in doing everything perfectly – but in creating momentum, taking responsibility, and learning through action. In other words, you get up in the morning to make things a little better and a little smarter than yesterday.

At Inspectly, you become part of a growing software company where we combine modern technology with deep industry understanding. We do not build solutions for the sake of technology – we build tools that make a concrete difference for thousands of craftsmen and site managers both in Denmark and internationally.
An environment with both responsibility and development
We believe that the best solutions arise when talented people are given the freedom to take responsibility. You will have the opportunity to work independently, take ownership, and shape your tasks – but always with a strong team behind you that supports, challenges, and helps you shine. We expect you to be curious and eager to develop – and in return, you will receive both guidance, trust, and support to succeed.
A strong community and a learning culture
We collaborate across disciplines between development, product, Customer Success, and the business in general. We prioritize knowledge, feedback, and continuous improvement – and we strive to create an environment where there is a short path from idea to action, and where we also connect socially, e.g., through joint events and an informal Friday beer.
The technologies of the future – today
We actively work with AI and automation – both in our product and in our internal workflows. You do not need to know everything beforehand, but you should be ready to learn, develop, and experiment with us. It is part of our culture to dare to fail and learn quickly.
Practical
We are located in Lystrup north of Aarhus in modern facilities with good coffee, flexible meeting times, and space for both walk-and-talks and focus. You will become part of a team that is passionate about building something that not only works – but that people genuinely look forward to using.
