This privacy policy describes how Inspectly processes personal data in connection with the use of our platform and services.
Inspectly is the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with the use of our website and platform, unless otherwise stated.
What information we process
We process the following types of information:
Contact information (name, email, telephone number)
User information (login, activity, use of the platform)
Company information
Support inquiries and communication
Technical information (IP address, device, log data)
Purpose of the processing
We process personal data to:
provide and operate the Service
manage user access
provide support
improve and develop the Service
ensure operation, security and prevent misuse
Legal basis
The processing takes place on the following basis:
Fulfillment of agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b))
Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c))
Legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)), including improving the Service and security
Data processor role
When you use the Service to process data, Inspectly acts as data processor.
This is governed by our data processing agreement (DPA).
Storage and deletion
We store personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and delivering the Service.
Upon termination of a customer relationship, the customer can request that data be deleted or returned. If the customer does not request deletion or return in connection with termination, Inspectly will anonymize data from the account after termination.
After anonymization, data can no longer be attributed to the customer, users, projects or other identifiable matters. Anonymized data can be used for statistics, analysis, product development as well as training and improvement of Inspectly's functions and AI models.
Image material, free text and other content that cannot be anonymized with reasonable certainty will be deleted or omitted from the anonymization process.
Personal data that is not anonymized is generally deleted at the latest 30 days after the termination of the customer relationship, unless longer storage is required as a result of legislation or standard backup procedures.
Sub-processors
We use sub-processors to operate the Service.
An updated list of sub-processors can be provided.
Transfer to third countries
Personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA in connection with the use of sub-processors.
In such cases, Inspectly ensures an adequate level of protection, including by using the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to gain insight into, correct or have your information deleted, and in certain cases to have it handed over or the processing restricted.
You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority.
You can contact us to make use of your rights.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
